Craft Brew Application


People's Choice Best overall Craft Beer @ 6% ALC/VOL or lower Awards for 1st , 2nd & 3rd Place

Each guest will be given a People's Choice ticket upon arrival. Tickets will be deposited into a container at a voting station. The brewery/winery with the most votes will be deemed the "People's Choice" winner.

Prize Money: 1st Place $1000, 2nd Place $500 3rd Place $250

All contestants are required to bring 500 tastings of People’s Choice Brew. Beers with higher than 6% ALC/VOL will not be counted towards the People's Choice Voting.  Bring beer that pairs well with chili and warm weather. This is a family friendly event. 

Four (4) vendor passes will be provide per brewery booth. Any additional guests must purchase event tickets. Enough Craft Beer Tastes for “2000” attendees. Special decorations for the tables. Marketing materials to promote to the attendees. Recommended they update their web sites / Facebook and brag about the “VIP” Status All VIP vendors will also be advertised on the www.chili-cook-off.com website and facebook site.

IMPORTANT RULES: No outside alcohol or firearms are permitted onsite.

All vehicles, coolers, bags and hand carried items are subject to search at entry gate. No music will be brought in or played without prior approval of the Chair of the Brew Festival. Vehicles must be parked in vendor parking (not by booth).

This application must be signed by the person in charge and posted on the wall of your booth acknowledging that you understand the rules and regulations of this event. Anyone found in violation of these rules will be asked to leave and be disqualified from all contests.

hereby agrees to all the rules and regulations and hold harmless the Thousand (Contact name) Oaks Rotary Clubs (including its Officers, Directors, Members, Volunteers, District and Parent organizations) for all costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees incurred as a result of any legal action, in law or equity, brought against them as a result of our participation in the Chili Cook-off held on May 5, 2024. We further waive all rights of recovery against the Rotary Clubs of Thousand Oaks for loss or damage as a result of our participation.


IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: PARTICIPATION AS A VENDOR AT THE EVENT IS SUBJECT TO FINAL APPROVAL BY THE CLUB AND COMPLIANCE WITH THE CLUB’S FINAL RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR THE EVENT (INCLUDING THOSE RELATED TO THE TYPES OF VENDORS ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE). IF THE VENDOR DOES NOT MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS (AS DETERMINED IN THE SOLE DISCRETION OF THE CLUB) THE VENDOR WILL BE INELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE EVENT AND WILL BE REFUNDED THE DEPOSIT PAID.
